Kite Storeroom flood ruins kites

What happened

When the class arrived at the Kite Storeroom before Kite Festival, they found the room flooded. Despite the room being waterproofed with WPP-999, it was flooded. Dash checked for leaks with a Leak Snodometer (none found) and Greta used a Pipeometer 57 (no pipes detected). Mr. Rosebank was called and drained the room with a Rainbow-Maker 154. The kites were ruined and the festival faced cancellation.

Resolution

Mr. Rosebank drained the room with the Rainbow-Maker 154. The kites were confirmed ruined. Mrs. Rosebank agreed to cancel another lesson so new kites could be built.
