Kite Loft
A new room at Swedhump Elementary, built by Mr. Rosebank. It is fire-proof, bomb-proof and flood-proof. It houses the school's kites, among them Hompas the Heroic.
Being proofed against fire, bombs and floods did not make it proof against everything else. Hompas the Heroic went missing from the Loft. A batch of new kites was found damaged inside. A blood-trail investigation later led out of it, all the way to the Napkin-Folding Building.
Fire-proof, bomb-proof, flood-proof. Kite-proof it is not.
