Penguin Release Valve
A valve that releases penguins. There is one at Swedhump Elementary. It is activated and deactivated by a code typed into a keypad on the upper left spratchet sprocket.
PRVs are famously very difficult to seal. Some say impossible. Mr. Rosebank was once dispatched to disable one.
For the record, the code to close the PRV at the Eeyolga Snausage Factory is 10810. So much for impossible.
A recent survey found that penguins released by PRVs actually seem pretty proud about it.
