Thelonius Grozint

The epic, legendary inventor of the Grozint Sandwich. By profession, though, he was a famous astronomer, and in his spare time an accomplished schwaltz dancer.

Thelonius Grozint

He invented the sandwich at a beach house conference, by building one out of whatever he could reach from the buffet. The crowd was inspired.

A whole room is dedicated to him at the Sniffsonian Museum, where you can view reconstructed plastic versions of his first sandwiches: the Gron-nozz, the Zint-Flip, the Znozz-Gropple, and the Zint-Gropple.

He was, on record, the great-great-great-grand-nephew of the great-grand-cousin of Dr. Quilonius Khumber. Precisely that.
