The Goodacre Book of Rules, or GOOBOR, is the governing document of Mr. Goodacre's camp. It is thorough.
Rule #1: Follow the rules. Rule #2: Have the best time of your lives. These are presented as fully compatible.
The GOOBOR then gets specific. Rule #33A strictly forbids Snooping or Sneaking, let alone Skulking Around at Night. Rule #14F sets the penalty for breaking a rule at 48 hours grounded. Rule #355b limits the race to campers only. Rule #15c permits only the workshop equipment provided to build the rafts.
