The record group HALDOS hula took place in July 2022 when over 14,000 kids performed live on TV at the World Hamster Racing Championships final. Hula-ers from over 100 schools participated.

It is believed the event was watched by over 180 million viewers worldwide.

The HALDOS hula is now used to open the World Hamster Racing Championships every year, but it is not a mass event. One school is chosen each year to perform it.
