Professor-Inspector Stumpnose unmasked; Dash captured at Stumpnose Elementary

During Dance class, Professor-Inspector Josiah Stumpnose arrived at the school theater to polish the trophy. Dash noticed his muddy shoes and identified him as the pump-room intruder. Dash secretly followed him, jumping into the luggage box of his motorbike, riding to Stumpnose Elementary, and entering his office. There Dash found books on taming Snarling Jetpack-Hogs and Mindreading-Scallywag Mayhem Moves (confirming Stumpnose sent the scallywags to his house), plus a bottle of Blue Spot Compound (which Stumpnose had poured into the pump-room pipe to contaminate the fountain) and a bottle of Blue Spot Antidote. As Dash pocketed both bottles, Stumpnose returned, declared Dash his prisoner, pulled a lever dropping a net from the ceiling, triple-bolted the door, and left.
Resolution
Dash was trapped in a net in Stumpnose's bolted office, though he had both the Blue Spot Compound and the Blue Spot Antidote in his possession.
