Escape from underground cage using fake Blue-Eyed Monsters

What happened

In the underground room, the group found the Mainly Smiles imprisoned in an adjacent cage. Rob used MDS (Metal Dissolving Spray) to melt the bars of their own cage and then freed the Mainly Smiles. Unable to open the locked door, Greta devised a plan: they painted two large blue spots under the mouth of each Mainly Smile. Dash pressed the fire alarm. When the Palm-Scallywags unlocked the door, Greta had the Mainly Smiles stand on their heads so the blue spots looked like eyes and the smiles became scary scowls, resembling Blue-Eyed Monsters. The terrified scallywags fled. The group and the Mainly Smiles followed the railway tracks out through the hatch.

Resolution

The group and the Mainly Smiles escaped the underground room and reached the surface through the hatch.
