Total Penguin Situation at Swedhump Elementary

On arriving at Swedhump Elementary, Dash and classmates found a Penguin Release Valve (PRV) open in the middle of the school blacktop with penguins pouring out in large numbers. Nobody could stop it. Mrs. Rosebank told students to stay calm and go to classes as normal, but the penguin situation kept escalating throughout the school day, eventually blocking access to the library and causing Library class to be cancelled. Aunt Eeyolga was later revealed to be keeping the PRV open as a threat to force Mr. Ibis to cooperate, warning she would let penguins take over the school and force its closure.
Resolution
After Aunt Eeyolga was captured and gave up the code (10810), Mr. Rosebank typed it into the panel and disabled the PRV. The valve was then sealed with concrete-tape. Mrs. Rosebank had a PGRAIALP built under the racetrack for the penguins.
