Aunt Eeyolga
Ellen's aunt, and the second oldest of Edna's siblings. She built her own snausage factory, the Eeyolga Snausage Factory, which did not do well, and grew jealous of Edna and Harold's success.
Her jealousy took a practical form. She sabotaged the Ellenbogen Snausages factory by throwing a spanner into the main squeezer-roller scroller-controller console cone.
The larger plan was more ambitious: capture Mr. Ibis and the Loma-99, convert the Loma-99 into a snausage-cycle, and use it to dominate the global snausage industry and drive Ellenbogen out of business. To force Mr. Ibis to cooperate, she threatened to keep the Penguin Release Valve open, which would have forced Swedhump Elementary to close.
Her one weakness is a fear of chocolate-coated carrots. As a child, one fell down her pajama collar in the night and terrified her. It has stayed with her.
