Inter-School Bread-Baking Championships
An annual regional event, the ISBBC, in which all the schools take part. It is held in a huge tent that gets set up each year at the previous year's winner's school.

Teams compete by making their own bread: mixing, kneading, shaping. The loaves go into the ovens. When the bread is ready, the ovens are opened and the judges do their judging.
There is one wrinkle to the format. Every other school competes merely to select a single challenger, which means the previous year's winner is always in the final. Swedhump Elementary and Stumpnose Elementary both compete.
