What happened

At the final of the County Inter-School Face-Pulling Championship, Swedhump Elementary faced Stumpnose Elementary. Dash distributed the Blue Spot Antidote to his team, clearing their spots. Before the competition began, Dash secretly put a few drops of the Blue Spot Compound into Professor-Inspector Stumpnose's tea cup. Stumpnose drank the tea, developed blue spots, and began itching and pulling faces involuntarily. Swedhump Elementary's competitors performed their face-pulls; Stumpnose Elementary did not stand a chance. Swedhump Elementary won by seventeen points, a record for a final.
